How long does each day take?

Each video is approximately 5 minutes. The daily practice happens alongside the video. Day 3 includes a short journalling exercise which may take a few extra minutes.

No, not at all. You can start learning straight away without owning any crystals. Everything is explained clearly, and crystals are completely optional while you learn. If you'd like to practise alongside the lessons, you can always add crystals later.
