Both equally. The challenge is built on the principle that self-love is the foundation that makes romantic love possible and sustainable. The mirror practice sounds confronting, do I have to do it?
Yes. And it's the most important practice in the entire challenge. Most people find it uncomfortable at first and genuinely moving by the end. That discomfort is the work. You're guided gently through it the whole way.
Do I need to own all five crystals?
The practices work with intention alone, but the physical crystals deepen the experience significantly. Rose Quartz in particular is worth having. It's one of the most widely available and affordable crystals there is.
How long does each day take?
Each video is approximately 5 minutes. The daily practice happens alongside the video. Day 3 includes a short journalling exercise which may take a few extra minutes.
